Andrea
Managing Director
As a migrant to New Zealand herself, Andrea has a full understanding of the challenging steps necessary to gain the highly regarded New Zealand passport. Now a dual citizen of Bolivia and New Zealand, Andrea thoroughly enjoys navigating the challenges involved in running a cross-border, multicultural business that CCR Group now encompasses. As Managing Director of the business, Andrea’s day to day tasks include overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales, pastoral care, immigration, finance, staff management and of course accounting.
Andrea has a degree in Business Management majoring in Accounting. She enjoys the Philippines and travels there as frequently as possible to embrace the culture, she has an active role engaging with our staff based in Manila and communicating with candidates, ensuring their life and well-being is always looked after.
Hamilton is home for now, she is focused on the future CCR, developing further markets and opportunities. Andrea spends her spare time with her kids, helping them grow. She is a competitive tennis player, likes to run and attend the gym.
Warrick
Sales Consultant
Warrick is a farmer at heart – he was born and bred in Matamata and spent his childhood growing up on the family farm. He attended Otago University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce before taking on sales and marketing roles in the agricultural industry with Open Country Dairy and AFFCO. Warrick then returned to run the farm as a lower order share milker for nine years, whilst starting a family with his wife Andrea and completing an MBA through Waikato University.
Warrick experienced first-hand the issues faced in the New Zealand dairy industry, however he hung the cups up for the last time in May 2017 and now holds the position of Sales Consultant for CC Recruitment. He resides in Hamilton with his wife, two sons (Lucas & Santiago), two dogs and a cat. He likes to get out on the open road on his motorbike, along with catching a few waves in Raglan on a hot summer’s day.
Joy
Client Service Manager
Originally from the Philippines, Joy came to New Zealand in 2010 with her son to join her husband who was already working in a dairy farm in the Bay of Plenty for two years. She has a strong and diverse background in customer service, legal and office and administration and has also worked as Sales Person and as a Casual Farm Worker in New Zealand.
In 2012, they moved to Waikato and Joy returned to studies and graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as an Enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in New Zealand in November 2020.
