New changes coming to Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) from 27 November 2023
The new changes include:
- introduction of maximum continuous stay
- AEWV extended from 3 years to 5 years to those who are paid at or above the median wage
- in some cases, employers may be able to gain the extension of two years to the initial three-year visa without having to do a new Job Check
